He served as Minister of Health of Egypt, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Cairo University, and later as President of Cairo University. Professor Badran is widely recognized for his extensive scientific contributions and numerous medical publications that have enriched medical education and healthcare development in Egypt and beyond.
